Everything about Kgbm totally explained

KGBM (89.7 FM) is an Air 1 affiliate station licensed to Randsburg, California and serves Ridgecrest, California City, and the Antelope Valley. KGBM signed on at 89.7 FM in Redding, California with a Christian Music and Talk format under Grace Broadcasting in 1989. KGBM was acquired by the Educational Media Foundation in 2002 and became apart of the Air 1 network. Since Air 1 already had a signal in Redding at 90.1 FM, KGBM was relocated in December 2003 to it's current location on El Paso Peak, which is located just south of Ridgecrest. The city of license was changed to Randsburg.
